I just joined Mum O’Clock, what can I expect to receive?

Each month, you receive a stylish curated box filled with 4-6 home decor, fashion accessories, beauty, food, drink and wellness items from women-owned and cause driven brands.

Does Mum O’Clock only offer monthly subscription?

Not at all! You can purchase a one-off box for £39.95 and items from our lovely partners. Simply go to our shop section.

Is it possible to send a Mum O’Clock box as a gift? Do you offer corporate gift?

Absolutely! Mum O’Clock boxes make great thoughtful gifts. Simply go to our shop section.

It is really important that you amend the delivery address during the checkout process so that we send the box directly to the lucky recipient.

We will work with your company to create gifts that are meaningful when sending congratulations on the birth of a baby or to mark the start of maternity leave. Email christelle@mumoclock.com to get started.

When will I receive my first box? When will I be billed for my Mum O’Clock subscription?

Boxes ship between the 10th and 20th of each month. If you subscribe on the 11th of the month or if the current month's box is sold out, your box will be shipped the following month. All orders from the shop are processed within 2 working days. Once dispatched from Mum O'Clock HQ courier delivery usually takes 3-5 working days.

You will be charged when you sign up. After that, you will be charged the same amount on 20th each month for all the plans.

You can skip your next renewal or cancel your subscription at any time by signing into your account. All cancellations will apply to future charges as charges already incurred cannot be refunded.

Does Mum O’Clock accept returns?

All purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Any box returned by a customer, all or in part, will not be eligible for a refund. If you have received a damaged product in your box, or if your box is missing a product, please contact us at christelle@mumoclock.com within two weeks of delivery, and we will assist you with getting the item replaced.

If your Mum O’Clock box is missing, we must be notified via email within three weeks of the dispatch email notification.

If Mum O’Clock is not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Mum O’Clock.
